Edit menu

In this menu we can edit the text.

Undo :By this option we can reach at last action.

इस कमांड से आप अपने किये कार्य के पिछले स्टेप्स पर पहुच सकते हो |

Redo:By this option we can goto opposite site of undo.

इस कमांड से हम अनडू के किये हुए एक्शन के विपरीत जाते है |

Repeat: By this command we can go to last action

means do again last action.

इसं कमांड से हम पिछले किये हुए कार्य की पुनरावर्ती कर सकते है |

Cut :by this option we can cut the part of the selected area.(of file)

इस कमांड से हम फाइल के सिलेक्टेड एरिया को कट कर सकते है

copy :by this command we can copy the selected area

इस कमांड से हम फाइल के सिलेक्टेड एरिया को कॉपी कर सकते है

Paste:By this command we can apply anywhere cut and copy part.

इसं कमांड से हम कॉपी और कट पार्ट को अपनी फाइल में कही भी पेस्ट कर सकते है

we will meet tommorow.

PASTE SPECIAL:-by this command we can paste the selected area as an unformetted text.

इस कमांड से हम अपने टेक्स्ट को सिंपल टेक्स्ट में लिख सकते है |

SELECT ALL :- By this option we can select whole document .(ctrl+A short key)

SELECTION MODE :- By this option we can chage the way of selection area.

1.STANDARD :-----by this way you can select document whole area of text and background.

2.Block area:- By this option you can select document text only

इस से हम किसी डॉक्यूमेंट के किसी भाग को दो तरीके से सेलेक्ट कर सकते है |

पहला टेक्स्ट के साथ बैकग्राउंड भी

और दूसरा केवल टेक्स्ट short cut keys (alt +shift+f8)

FIND :- By this option we can search any text in the document .(ctrl+f)

इस से हम पूरे डॉक्यूमेंट में कोई टेक्स्ट ढूढ़ सकते हैं |

Find and Replace :- By this option we can find any text and change as we want.

Short cut keys (ctrl+h)

इस से हम डॉक्यूमेंट में कोई टेक्स्ट ढूढ़ सकते है और उसमे परिवर्तन कर सकते है |

GOTO :- By this option we can reach any page.

इस से हम अपने डॉक्यूमेंट के किसी भी पेज पर जा सकते है |

Track changes:- By this option we can record the changes in the document and we can compare and combine the document.

इस कमांड से हम इस विकल्प को स्टार्ट करने के बाद डॉक्यूमेंट में किये गए बदलाव को रिकॉर्ड कर सकते है | और अन्य किसी डॉक्यूमेंट के साथ हम अपने डॉक्यूमेंट को विलय कर सकते है और दुसरे डॉक्यूमेंट से अपने डॉक्यूमेंट की तुलना कर सकते है |

comment :- By this option we can give any comment in the document.

इस कमांड से हम अपने डॉक्यूमेंट में कोई कमेंट डाल सकते है | इसके द्वारा हम कमेंट डिलीट और रिप्लाई भी कर सकते है |

hyperlink :- Bythis command we can make hyperlink anywhere in document.

इसके द्वरा हम कोई टेक्स्ट को किसी दूसरे टेक्स्ट हाइपरलिंक कर सकते है लेकिन इसको पहले insert menu में प्रयोग करना पड़ेगा तब ये यह एक्टिव होगा |

इस कमांड से हम अपनी फाइल में एंड नोट फूट नोट एंड bibliography में बदलाव कर सकते है

इसको भी आपको इन्सर्ट मेनू में जाके एक्टिव करना होगा | fields and object , link to external file

ये सभी इसी प्रकार की कमांड है जो कि आपको पहले इन्सर्ट मेनू में जा के एक्टिव करनी होगी यहाँ पर इनका कोई खास प्रयोग नहीं है |

Exchange database :-Change the data sources for the current document. To correctly display the contents of inserted fields, the replacement database must contain identical field names.

To access this command...

Choose Edit - Exchange Database

For example, if you inserting address fields in a form letter from an address database, you can then exchange the database with another address database to insert different addresses.

Exchange Databases

You can only change one database at a time in this dialog.

Databases in Use

Lists the databases that are currently in use.The current document contains at least one data field from each of the databases in the list.

Available Databases

Lists the databases that are registered in LibreOffice.

Browse

Opens a file open dialog to select a database file (*.odb). The selected file is added to the Available Databases list.

Define

Replaces the current data source with the data source that you selected in the Available Databases list.

To exchange a database:

Ensure that both databases contain matching field names and field types.

Click in the document that you want to change the data source for.

Choose Edit - Exchange Database.

In the Databases in Use list, select the database table that you want to replace.

In the Available Databases list, select the replacement database table.

Click Define.

इस कमांड से हम एक डाटा बेस हो दुसरे में बदल सकते है

Direct cursor mode :-By this command we can change the mode of cursor .

a. fix with writing b. anywhere in the page.

इस कमांड से हम कर्सर को लिखाई के साथ या पेज पर कही भी सेट कर सकते है |

Edit mode :- By this command we can lock file or unlock.

इस कमांड से हम फाइल को रीड ओनली या एडिट मोड में कर सकते है है short key (ctrl+shift+m)
